To accelerate the deep integration of artificial intelligence and higher education, Beijing Institute of Technology (BIT) has recently conducted five sessions of the "DeepSeek+" series of teacher training activities, covering a total of 1,800 faculty and staff.
The training courses cover three aspects: teaching innovation practice, research capability breakthrough, and management efficiency improvement.
The teaching innovation practice module revolves around the full chain scenario design of classroom teaching, covering topics such as integrating DeepSeek into lesson planning, courseware creation, classroom interaction, post-class feedback, and teaching innovation.
The research capability module focused on how to leverage DeepSeek to overcome bottlenecks in paper writing and assist in project research.
The administrative management module focused on the "AI + office" scenario, offering courses on using DeepSeek to assist in document writing, intelligent PowerPoint generation, and building personal knowledge bases to help faculty and staff improve their administrative efficiency.
This series of training content are also available as video courses on the "Teacher Online Learning Platform", enabling more teachers to learn anytime, anywhere.
Going forward, BIT will establish a sound long-term mechanism for empowering teacher development with artificial intelligence, continuously improve the AI training course system to help more teachers transition from understanding AI and using AI to mastering AI, and provide solid talent support for the intelligent transformation of higher education.
