Beijing Institute of Technology hosts spring recruitment fairs for 2025 graduates.

The Beijing Institute of Technology (BIT) held large-scale comprehensive spring recruitment fairs for the 2025 graduates on March 12 and 13 at its Zhongguancun campus and Liangxiang campus respectively.

Over 300 high-quality potential employers and leading enterprises from various industries and sectors participated in the event.

More than 15,000 high-quality job positions were open to the graduates by major high-tech enterprises, such as Huawei, Tencent and ZTE, as well as State-owned enterprises including China Aerospace Science and Technology, China State Shipbuilding Corp and China North Industries Group, attracting over 4,000 graduates from BIT and other institutions to apply.

Since the beginning of this year, BIT has adopted multiple measures to vigorously promote high-quality employment for students. It has provided employment guidance and career planning education, improving students' job-seeking abilities and enhancing the competitiveness of its graduates.

BIT has held various recruitment events for the 2025 graduates, totaling 512 sessions and offering over 160,000 high-quality jobs, a 32.55 percent increase of job supply compared with the same period last year.
