Huang Jingrui, an undergraduate student at the Xuteli School of Beijing Institute of Technology

Huang Jingrui, a standout undergraduate student at the Xuteli School of Beijing Institute of Technology (BIT), has distinguished herself with a perfect GPA of 4.0, securing the top rank among her peers. Originally from Guangdong province, Huang pursues her academic journey that has led her to the prestigious innovation talent training base at Xuteli School, BIT.

Specializing in intelligent power and new energy -- a field crucial to the future of intelligent transportation, she is passionately paving her way to a promising undergraduate career.

After entering the university, Huang swiftly sought guidance from senior students to forge a tailored study strategy amidst the demanding schedule. Diligently attentive in class, she absorbs course materials with keen interest, actively engaging in thoughtful reflection. After class, Huang meticulously distills key concepts into mind maps, crafting a personalized knowledge repository.

The fact that BIT's unmanned racing team has continuously broken records and won championships in domestic and international competitions has ignited Huang's inner passion for research. She aspired to leave her own mark in this field and delved into collaborative lane, changing her research for intelligent connected vehicles. After numerous attempts, she has successfully built an autonomous driving simulation system based on the vehicle-road-cloud integrated architecture. This remarkable achievement has been published with Huang as the first author in the IEEE Chain and selected by the esteemed journal as its cover article.

Further to her academic and research pursuits, Huang has always been actively collecting "academic fragments" from different fields, carefully piecing together her own versatile puzzle. She proactively expands her knowledge beyond the main academic disciplines, independently prepares for competitions, and pursues multiple paths simultaneously. She has achieved numerous national and provincial-level honors, including the National English Competition for College Students Special Award, "Word Master Cup" Special Award, Chinese Mathematics Competitions First Prize (twice), National Physics Competition for College Students First Prize, and National Statistical Modeling Competition for College Student First Prize, making her the winnter of over 10 prestigious awards.

"At BIT, what I have gained most is not just the accumulation of knowledge but also the courage to pursue excellence and be a pioneer." Huang has gradually clarified her interests, accumulated experiences, and enhanced her abilities in the university, slowly approaching her ideal goals through practice. For students about to enter BIT, she advised:"Every solid effort will reward you at some point in the future! May you navigate through storms with a calm heart and approach your dreams with steady steps!"
