Undergraduate
Qualification: 1.High school graduate or above, and is qualified to apply for university; non-Chinese citizens with valid foreign passport and in good health; observe Chinese laws and regulations of Beijing Institute of Technology. 2.Aged between 18 and 25; Applicants under 18 should provide certificate of guardian who has Beijing residency. 3.Applicants must comply with the regulations (JW (2020) No. 12) issued by Ministry of Education of People's Republic of China.

Postgraduate
Qualification: 1. be non-Chinese citizens and in good health both mentally and physically, and will observe the Chinese laws and the regulations, and the rules and regulations of Beijing Institute of Technology; 2. be an academically excellent holder of a bachelor's degree or its equivalent under the age of 35; 3. be an academically excellent holder of a master's degree or its equivalent under the age of 40; 4. hold an HSK certificate (minimum of level 5) for Chinese-taught programs; have a minimum score of 85 in TOEFL or 6.0 overall band in IELTS for English-taught programs (English native speakers are exempted). Or to provide other language certificates recognized by BlT; 5. have at least 1-year related working or internship experience for MBA program.

Exchange & Study Abroad
Exchange students to BIT can study in the regular degree programs conducted in English or Chinese. They are also welcomed to study in our Chinese language program. The exchange program extends from one semester to two semesters in the academic program or Chinese language program.
