Australian academician Chennupati Jagadish delivers a lecture at BIT
Chennupati Jagadish, president of the Australian Academy of Science and a distinguished professor at the Australian National University, visited Beijing Institute of Technology (BIT) and delivered a special lecture titled "Failures are Pathway to Success?" on June 3.

Check out the youth memoir of BIT!
On June 12 and 13, a super group photo exclusively for the Class of 2025 graduates of Beijing Institute of Technology (BIT) was taken as scheduled to capture the youth memoir of the students.

Undergraduate
Qualification: 1.High school graduate or above who is qualified to apply for university; non-Chinese citizens with valid foreign passport and in good health; observe Chinese laws and regulations of Beijing Institute of Technology. 2.Aged between 18 and 25; Applicants under 18 should provide certificate of guardian who has Beijing residency. 3.Applicants must comply with the regulations (JW (2020) No. 12) issued by Ministry of Education of People's Republic of China.

Postgraduate
1. Non-Chinese citizens; 2. Should be friendly to china, have no criminal record, and abide by the laws and regulations of the Chinese government and BIT rules and regulations; 3. In good physical and mental health, and in good academic and behavioral standing; 4.Interested in Chinese language education and related work; 5. Aged between 16 and 35 years on September 1, 2025; The maximum age limit for in-service Chinese teachers may be extended to 45; 6. Enrollment starts in September 2025. This category provides a scholarship for 2 academic years. Applicants must possess a bachelor’s degree or its equivalent, a minimum score of 210 in HSK Test (Level 5), and a minimum score of 60 in HSKK Test (Intermediate Level). Applicant who is able to provide the employment agreement or certification upon completion of study from designated working institutions is preferred.

In the coming Winter of 2024, BIT will offer a series of on-campus and online winter programs that match your interest in areas of Chinese language and culture.

Exchange & Study Abroad
Exchange students to BIT can study in the regular degree programs conducted in English or Chinese. They are also welcomed to study in our Chinese language program. The exchange program extends from one semester to two semesters in the academic program or Chinese language program.
