    BIT team makes important progress in reduction of CO2 using microdroplets

    Recently, Professor Xie Jing's team from the School of Chemistry and Chemical Engineering at the Beijing Institute of Technology (BIT), in collaboration with Professor Zare's team from Stanford University, has made significant progress in the reduction of carbon dioxide (CO2) using microdroplets.

    Research findings of BIT Associate Professor and his collaborators published in Nature Genetics

    The research findings of Associate Professor Xiao Zhenyu from the School of Life Science at the Beijing Institute of Technology (BIT), in collaboration with Researcher Wang Hongmei from the Institute of Zoology (IOZ) of the Chinese Academy of Sciences (CAS), Researcher Lu Falong from the Institute of Genetics and Developmental Biology (IGDB), CAS, and Professor Li Rong from Peking University Third Hospital, have recently been published in the journal Nature Genetics. The paper is titled "Single-nucleus multi-omic profiling of human placental syncytiotrophoblasts identifies cellular trajectories during pregnancy."

    Paper co-authored by BIT professor published in Science

    Recently, a paper titled "Dealuminated Beta zeolite reverses Ostwald ripening for durable copper nanoparticle catalysts," led by Professor Xiao Fengshou and Researcher Liang Wang from the School of Chemical and Biological Engineering at Zhejiang University, and in collaboration with Professor Jiabi Ma of the School of Chemistry and Chemical Engineering at the Beijing Institute of Technology (BIT), and researchers of other institutes, was published in the journal Science.

    BIT research group makes progress in rapid construction of zinc-ion microbatteries

    Li Xiangyang, a doctoral student at the School of Chemistry and Chemical Engineering of the Beijing Institute of Technology (BIT), has recently published a research paper titled "All-Direct Laser Patterning Zinc-Based Microbatteries" in the top international journal Advanced Functional Materials as the first author (DOI: 10.1002/adfm.202314060). BIT is the first author affiliation for the paper, and Zhao Yang, a special researcher at the School of Chemistry and Chemical Engineering at BIT, is the corresponding author.

    The project "Innovative Research on Crystal-Induced Growth Control of MOF Separation Membrane's Molecular Transfer Channels," led by Professor Zhao Zhiping of the BIT, was awarded first prize in the category of basic research achievements by the CIESC.
