The School of Management at Beijing Institute of Technology (BIT) underwent an on-site evaluation on May 18-24 for the reaccreditation from the Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business (AACSB) .

Wei Yiming, BIT's vice president, welcomed the experts from the accreditation committee, briefed them about BIT's achievements in recent years in disciplines development, talent cultivation, and international cooperation, and expressed the university's full support for enhancing the quality of education at the School of Management.

The reviewing experts visited the teaching and research facilities and conducted 13 discussion sessions. Faculty members, student representatives, alumni and business delegates engaged in discussions with the reviewing experts.

The reviewing experts highly praised the work of the School of Management and acknowledged its significant progress in strategic planning, teaching quality, faculty development, student growth, research innovation and community service. The experts made suggestions for optimizing faculty diversity and balance, talent recruitment and promotion standards, campus and teaching office environments, and administrative support.

BIT will continue to explore innovations and make unremitting efforts to cultivate high-quality business talents with an international perspective, innovative spirit, and social responsibility, contributing to the advancement of business education in China and the internationalization process.
