The International Cultural Festival of Beijing Institute of Technology (BIT) will be held in late November 2025 at BIT's Liangxiang campus.

Consisting of two main parts - cultural performance and cultural exhibition booths from different countries - the festival is now open for registration.

For performance registration, candidate groups, which can be formed by students from different countries, need to submit a full performance video or a trial video of at least 30 seconds. The performance content should not involve violence, pornography, political issues or other behaviors that violate social norms.

Regarding the registration of cultural exhibition booths, countries with more than 200 students at BIT can prepare two booths; while those with fewer than 200 students at the university can prepare one booth. Each country team should designate one person in charge. Each booth needs to be organized by at least three students from the same country.

Those who are interested in setting up a booth, but do not have at least three students from the same country studying at BIT can collaborate with other students facing the same situation.

The deadline for performance registration is 23:59 on Oct 19; while the deadline for booth registration is 23:59 on Oct 15.
