A delegation from the Universitat Politecnica de Catalunya in Spain, led by its vice-president, Andreas Sumper, visited Beijing Institute of Technology (BIT) on July 3.

Wei Yiming, BIT's vice-president, met with the delegation.

The two sides engaged in in-depth discussions focusing on joint international talent cultivation, collaborative research and innovation, and regular exchanges between faculty and students, reaching several cooperation agreements.

This visit has further deepened the practical cooperation between the two universities, elevated the level of collaboration, and promoted the friendly partnership to a higher level.
